with Lucy Thomas from Organix
Finger Foods for babies and snack time for toddlers (12mth onwards) is an opportunity to broaden your baby’s taste and texture experiences by offering a variety of different foods. It’s also a chance to work on fine motor skills – hand grip, hand to mouth coordination and pincer grip.
However, it can be a tricky path to navigate with unsuspecting hidden ingredients in some convenience on the go snacks.
In today’s workshop Lucy Thomas will be sharing her top tips for finger foods and on the go toddler snacks to protect your baby’s precious palate, along with activities to help you have fun and explore the wonder of weaning with your baby.
Snack time provides an opportunity to slow down in your day, and offer not just your baby, but also YOU time to STOP and refuel.
