About this workshop

Join father-and-chef Adam for a whistle stop tour of how to feed your young family whilst working full time. With two children of his own, he’s no stranger to the need to provide a healthy, tasty meal for his family and he understands how tricky that can be to do while you’re a working parent. Adam will share tips on batch cooking baby friendly meals, finger foods, best foods for meals on the go and one pot family foods. With his years of experience, he can help you to make sure your family are well fed with nutritious, delicious meals.

About Adam

Adam is a Leiths-trained chef, dad of two and founder of At Dad’s Table. Disheartened at the lack of positive food advice for pregnant women, Adam started to create his own trimester-specific, healthy and delicious meals for his wife when she was pregnant with their first child. Since then his recipes now also cover weaning and family food and all focus on how food should be a great pleasure and unifier rather than something to feel bad about. Adam is a regular speaker at industry events, has appeared across many media platforms and regularly works with leading brands. Find him on Instagram: @at_dads_table
